Customer Support Modules

Clearpath CMS includes two modules that allows public users to submit requests or report issues.  The modules come complete with a full back-end case-management system that creates a tracking number for each request and which allows administrators to do the following:

  • Assign new requests to internal resources
  • Update each request with new status information
  • Contact the submitter as necessary

 

The user who submitted the request can review the status of their request at any time from the website by entering the tracking number that was initially emailed to them.
